On 18 March 2022, Shaw College, Diligentia College, Muse College, and Harmonia College jointly held the Intercollegiate Zoom Debate online.

Twenty participants from four colleges formed five teams.

They competed in three sessions, debating various topics such as “Parents and Children, Who should Work Harder to Make Children Outstanding?” and “Which One Should the Young Choose, a Bed in a Big City or an Apartment in a Small City?”

The live streaming of the debate on Bilibili received more than 1200 views that night.

After the debate, judges Dr. Li Bohan, a lecturer of HSS, and Ms. Ye Xiaodan, Coach of the University Debate Team of Guangdong University of Finance & Economics, commented on the opinions and performances of the teams.
