On the evening of 26th April 2025, the stars and lights of Yinxiu Mountain Residence danced together, as the graduates of 2025 from Diligentia College, adorned in their bachelor's gowns, walked gracefully along the path sprinkled with golden light spots, entering the venue. This graduation dinner, themed "Magical Chess Game", was proudly collecting the youth of the graduates. The chessboard was set, the pieces were in place, and the next magical journey of youth was about to begin.

As the lights in the banquet hall dimmed, the large screen suddenly illuminated – the 2025 graduation MV of Diligentia College, "Graduation Memoirs", made its heartfelt premiere at that moment. Amidst the flowing light and shadow, the memories of "our" youth were awakened frame by frame: the frozen summer light years in the lens, the flowing warmth outside the frame, all were the deepest tributes to these years.
Before the afterglow of the MV had faded, the actors in the screen suddenly leaped into reality – with the cheerful melody of "Mamma Mia", they made a stunning appearance with a vibrant dance, instantly igniting the entire venue. The dancers moved through the interwoven light and shadow, like agile pieces on a chessboard, jumping and spinning on the chessboard of time, embracing their past selves gently, each step sketching the trajectory of youth.

Professor Gu Yang, the Master of Diligentia College, took the stage to deliver graduation remarks to the students. She affirmed their growth at Diligentia College and mentioned that the future would be full of uncertainties. She encouraged them to accumulate growth through the process, hoped that the students of Diligentia would carry a sense of mission, remember the college motto, give back to society, be practitioners of life, and use their conscience to pave the way for themselves.
Just as every move in a chess game requires wisdom and courage, the Dean's words were like a chess player's strategy, guiding the graduates to move forward steadily on the chessboard of life, not only knowing how to plan and strategize but also learning to work together with others.

Mr. Deng Xueqin, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diligentia College, also sent his blessings to the graduates, urging them to remember the warmth and courage given by Diligentia College. He emphasized that they should not only be people with knowledge and ability but also heroes with responsibility and passion. They should make their dreams their horses, live up to their youth, and write their own brilliant chapters with actions!

In the era of cooperation and mutual benefit in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the exchanges between Diligentia College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Hok Yau College of the University of Macau have become increasingly frequent. After consultation between the two colleges, a Memorandum of Understanding for Friendly College Cooperation was signed at the graduation dinner of Diligentia College.
Professor Gu Yang, the Master of Diligentia College, and Professor Xu Shiquan, the Master of Hok Yau College, representing the two colleges, jointly signed this pledge of friendship. Guests from the two universities and graduates of Diligentia College witnessed this historic moment together. Amidst the fusion of diverse cultures, a brilliant galaxy was outlined, depicting the shared resources and synchronous growth of young students in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Subsequently, eight outstanding graduates took the stage one by one, solemnly receiving the medals that symbolize honour. The entire audience of teachers and students celebrated this joyful moment with enthusiastic applause, witnessing the achievements and glory of the graduates. The "Outstanding Graduate" medal awarded by Diligentia College is not only a honour and recognition but also an encouragement and expectation for the future of the students.。

Outstanding graduate representative Ning Xinyue took the stage to deliver a speech. Using the flowering trees of Diligentia College as a metaphor, she reflected on her university journey: from the clumsy confusion of the “sprouting” stage, through the fragility and doubt amid the “storms,” to the realization that true “blossoming” comes in its own time. She emphasized that although each person’s pace of growth may differ, every unique effort and act of perseverance is a form of blooming.
