Xiaotian joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen in 2015 and was involved in establishing Diligentia College in 2016. Xiaotian was awarded the "2022 Outstanding Brand Communication Individual" and "University Founding Contribution Award".
Currently, Xiaotian is in charge of the whole-person education and administration of Diligentia College.

Qin Joined Diligentia College in 2016. She is responsible for the development of the college's whole-person education activities and the operations and maintenance of the college's brand. She was awarded the first "Outstanding Brand Communication Individual" in 2021. She is continuing to lead the team in driving the ongoing development of the Diligentia brand.
Ms. HUANG Yuyu, Jasmine
Executive Officer
Master of Music Performance from Xinghai Conservatory of Music. She is a member of the Guangdong Province Musicians Association and the Guangdong Province Pop Music Association, she has served as a judge for the Voice of China Guangdong region and is a trustee of the Xinghai Conservatory Alumni Association. Her performance credits include prominent platforms such as CCTV, Shanxi Satellite TV, Guangdong Satellite TV, Phoenix Satellite TV, and various major theaters. She has been recognized with the Gold Prize at the China Vocal Arts Festival Youth Vocal Competition and the Special Gold Prize at the "Vienna Golden Hall" Youth Vocal Competition.
In 2024, Jasmine joined Diligentia College's Activity Development team, where she is responsible for event planning, cultural and sports activities, and brand promotion.

Responsible for the general administrative affairs since 2023, and also the assistant to the College master.
