Career Planning Series
The Career Planning Series in the spring semester is designed to help freshmen clarify their personal development directions and strengthen their sense of purpose and motivation. By combining theory with practice, the series aims to lay a solid foundation for students’ future academic and career paths.
Through a variety of formats, the series encourage proactive exploration of career planning while providing rich resources to meet students’ developmental needs at different stages.
The 2025-2026 academic year’s series include career orientation workshops, major information sessions, alumni sharing, Gallup Strengths Assessments, and one-on-one career consultations. Events will be held throughout the entire spring semester.
A key feature of the series is the integration of theoretical learning with real-life experience sharing. Drawing on diverse resources from faculty mentors, senior students, and outstanding alumni, the program offers systematic, diverse, and personalized guidance and support.
